as-Salaamu Alaykum, the first one; 'Ya Sayyidi Irhamlana' is an Arabic poem written by Imam Zainul Abideen (Alayhis-Salaam), Grandson of the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and the second one 'Ae Saba Mustafa Se Keh Dena' is the Urdu version.

as-Salaamu Alaykum, I don't think it is an entire translation, but the meaning is the same; asking the winds to convey salaam to the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam).
