This is how I make my daily sourdough bread! There are no strict measurements, it’s just a “feeling it” kind of method with some rough guidelines. It almost always turns out!
For a basic white sourdough, just use 7 cups of white bread flour instead of the blend!
If you feel your loaf is too sticky and not holding its form, knead in little more flour, about a handful at a time.
Tend to it all day like a sweet little baby. You’ll know when it’s time to bake because when you fold it it will have bubbles!
