I love that the developer was denied the "re-zoning request" of the Golf Course. Even if the land is over grown with grass and shrubs it is nature!! Kudos for nature.

Would you consider doing a video about the upcoming Angeline area forming between Shady Hills and Land O Lakes? I went for a ride out to Crews Lake and was stunned at how built up it is out there now. I grew up in this county and that used to be among the most rural area in all of Pasco and now it looks very much not like it was.

New Tampa is very diverse. Check demographics of the schools. My daughter's birthday party was like the United Nations. It's wonderful.

What about termites with all the oak trees

Termites are an issue in FL no matter what kind of trees! Newer homes have specifically treated wood that termites won’t eat. It is recommended to treat older homes every 7 years of so

Great video once again! Im really interesting in understanding the diversity piece on this. What on earth do they consider A+ diversity? A healthy mix? White people not being the majority? What exactly....

I have the same questions. Other people have commented that the schools are very diverse and maybe even not white majority in some cases. People have to choose what is important to them!
