Thanks for showing folks you don’t have to cook the crap out of wild birds! Store bought is a different story. When I stopped cooking my duck till well done and started cooking to medium it changed my outlook on duck.

This guy is effin great. I only found out about Mr. StaleKracker a month or so ago, enjoyed every episode, and found that ol 2 step fire in the store I hateMart and used it as a stand alone seasoning on a brined pork loin, it's pretty damn good; it will burn if you need to sear stuff, but it's not bad atall.

Here on the monterey bay in california . When i was s kid me and my neighbor buddy on his ma and pa's land we would hunt quail and pheasant all the time . One day a pheasant swooped down at me and i grabbed that big dude . Ya we had pheasant That nite . No shot required . Thanks man for the Recipe .
