@@eyespy3001 People 'say' they get migraines from it, yet blind studies have shown it to not be the case. Glutamates are in lots of food, not just via MSG, but via things like 'modified soy protein' and yeast, and mushroom powder and many other 'natural' sources.

Eric Huangs food is incredible, Peking House is the best fried chicken I've ever had, check it out next time you're in NYC and try the salted egg yolk fried chicken version. All the sides and deserts were incredible as well.
