Ma'am can 25 year olds take this as a protein supplement? A doctor recommended this to me few years back but I'm so confused about this as it seems to be a child's drink

@@NishasPassionOrginal I'm having it for months, it's so tasty that i can't stop drinking it🙊 i used to think that my protein intake would be good but the healthifyme app says that it has a very less amount of protein, could you please suggest some protein powders for women to lose weight?
