Well,now I'm 15 yrs old,and truth to be told,I almost experience that I'm about to die like I can't any air anymore like no air was coming in like of my aunt haven't arrived i might die,this asthma I already have it since I was a kid and they were pretty good going but when I'm becoming older and older my asthma is in different stage,and my teacher just say "just water,it's easy "but my asthma is very different from others

Hi! No, asthma cannot be eradicated. Asthma is a complex, chronic respiratory disease.

K.P. Buteyko once said that: To test the validity of the scientific discovery made by us almost 30 years ago, it takes 30 seconds of time: offer an asthmatic hyperventilation - he will have a suffocation attack, offer to reduce breathing - will relieve the attack. The cause of the asthma attack is hyperventilation of the lungs, no one said this before our scientific research. And so I have been asking scientists for 30 years to spend 30 seconds to check this (1986).
