15th question surgery department saying different answer, Pedia department saying different answer, as this question is pedia so I follow this. Bcoz this was the answer I marked.

Sir, ques 5 was not specifically stranger anxiety, it was : A child has started to put things in mouth, laughs aloud, and feels sad on not seeing familiar faces (not exact words but it meant something around this). What is the age?

Yes sir. In Q no 5 it was very clearly mentioned laugh loud , and in last they asked earliest age of the child to attained. In option 4 month was there so I chooses 4th month becoz of loud laugh

Based on your inputs - brings objects to mouth, laughs out loud, shows displeasure when social contact is broken - then the answer has to be 4 months.

Sir in rheumatic heart disease module , the mcqs follow harrison ( arthritis is most common, valproate for severe chorea , prophylaxis age 21 ,21 ,40) and pedia says ( carditis is most common c/f , diazepam for chorea and prophylaxis with 18, 25, 40 ) sir what should be followed in exam , please guide 🙏🏻
