I didn't see much of him playing, but the little bit I did see was phenomenal even if it was close to the end of his rugby career in South Africa. It was sad news to hear about his passing. But videos like this will help immortalise him. Thank you.

Just another one of those players that came from the conveyor of great loosies that SA seems to have, and he was another one of those players that Jake white has dreams about. :) What I loved about the guy, was that when he came over to the US at the tail end of his career, it was not looking tor a pay day due to the exchange rate, but a genuine wanting to pass on what he learned to younger players. He wanted to share his years of knowledge to help improve the game there, and was excited to do it. Stand up fella, and a shame how he lost his life.
