It depends on where you want to apply the oil on your body And what you are using it for If you have sensitive skin apply the oil leave it for 30 mminutes Rinse off and you will do it 3 times in a day for 5 day After 5 days you will stop applying the oil 3 days after you stop using the oil. Thank you for your vid. I am on my 2nd day using & am using it on the sun spots on my face to hopefully lighten or remove them. 10 mins before i rinse,i will rub the existing oil on the rest of my face bc i didnt want any blotchy spots on my face after it peels. i read someone who said to heavily moisturize your face after each application. 😢 i did this for the 1st few applications but this seems counterintuitive & prevent from peeling?? How & when should I start moisturizering? Also, once I start to peel should i be using a heavy moisturizer on my face simultaneously? You mentioned using "creams" instead for lightening spots on face, do you know of any creams that would work?
