Yes ma you are right particularly during summer,some cucumber,ridgegourd,snakegourd is bitter.Should taste a small piece before cooking.

We use little onions fry and add in this peerkanga thuvayal. We do not add garlic. Super. Thanks for sharing amma. At times urad dhall fry pannum bodhu we fry very less kadalaparupu also.

Curry leaves konjam. Thengaai poda maattom amma. Peerkkangaai thol ku bathilaa , beettoot slice aah cut panni vathakki idhe style la beetroot chutney um seithaal taste aah irukkum amma. 2. Method. Peerkkangaai thol 2. Ulundhu 2tsp 3. Kallaparuppu 1tsp 4.puli thevaiyaana alavu 5. Milagaai thevaiyaana alavu 6. Poondu nam viruppaththikki yerppa 7. Curry leaves 8. Salt thevaiyaana alavu. Indha 2methodlaium pirandai chutney um seivom amma. Malli seeds & seeragam serththu seidhaal 2 , 3 dhinangal kooda use pannalaam. Taste nallaa irukkum.

Ennoda style sambar powder recipe annuppalaamaa amma. Marriage ku appuram naane prepare panni kaththukittadhu. 20years en husband airforce la irunthaar. Adhil 10 years kazhichchu marriage aanadhu. So 10 years chennai, Rajasthan, karnataka endru naanum irundhen. Amma veettukku adikkadi vara mudiyaadhu. So cooking ku thevaiyana ellaatthaiyum naane prepare panna kaththukkitten amma. Naan konjam spicy yaa thaan cook pannuven. Sambar powder rum spicy yaa thaan irukkum amma. And taste aavum irukkum ma.
All ingredients ium oil la fry panni chutney araippom ma. Idha munnaadi anuppina reply la solla marandhutten ma.
