Yes, it is cheaper to buy at the roadside stalls because they don’t have to pay rent. Rent can be high in the wet/dry public markets. More convenient too; markets are crowded.

shoot the bananas alone will cost you 5 bones in the states, cheaper to shop on the streets. what do you think is causing your soles to peel? the heat? maybe time to buy some new kicks, haha.

I don’t know what caused it to peel like that. I got the running shoes at Robinson Mall in Roxas City; was suppose to be a good shoe. Cost like 3k pesos ($60). Its good now though after the lady fixed it. :)
