There was also the supposed rumours that they didn't particularly get along due to pre-hololive stuff, but I'm glad it's in the past and they were just horribly shy around each other and it took this long to actually talk to each other haha

@@sera404 pekora kinda confirmed they DID have a misunderstanding, but it was in Ark (the game) when they played together. for some reason it bothered peko for a long time while Aqua was completely unaware lol. but they cleared it all up now

Pekora and Ayame already had an one on one Collab in the past, they were also in the same team with Fubuki and Mio (iirc) in a Fall Guy tournament. There are one or two stories about them in the studio as well so I would say Pekora and Ayame get along well.

Pekora being such a scaredy cat she can’t even look at her friends in person is kinda hilarious. They obviously like you dummy or they wouldn’t invite you repeatedly.

It is just normal social anxiety behaviour. Not so sure about the "they" part, it was supposed to be a PekoMari off-collab then Suisei and Aqua got invited, as far as we know, Pekora and Aqua have just got along in the last few months with Pekora being the active (is this the right word?) one among the two, same thing with PekoSui or PekoMet as Suisei joke about in a Minecraft stream.

@@zg3342 Adult is just a status of age (I am not well versed in English so if you don't understand my choice of words, sorry about that), everyone has it differently, not all human are the same, the events that people have in life also count, let me remind you that Pekora was a NEET before joining Hololive, even to this days she still rarely goes outside (it is better than the last few years though, in those years Pekora said she only went out for work at the company and when it all done she went straight to home).

@zg3342 Yes it is. Most adults don't actually have social anxiety though, but it's a very real thing and it is exactly like Pekora and Aqua frequently describe themselves.

I assume it's because Japanese pronunciation of the acronym plays a role here. SMAPe: Su(i)/M(arine)A(qua)/Pe(kora) SPAM: Su(i)/P(ekora)A(qua)/Mu(?) SMAPe works perfectly with Marine's "a" sound blending with Aqua's too. That or this is just a nod to SMAP

@@villahermosasebastian8794 the pre-hololive conflict was likely a rrat. however, peko did confirmed they had a misunderstanding back when they played in Ark, something that went unresolved and bothered peko until the Only Up collab with Aqua where she finally discussed the matter with her. now its all ok and cleared up
