Skydiving is so awesome. I went about 15 years ago and I'm meaning to go again this spring. I can't recommend it enough. It's different from what you think.

Never got a chance for bungee jumping but skydiving takes me back to the fun days in basics. And this is Pekora challenging herself to the limit. Now why i want to be Madao?

I'm really glad Pekora had these chances to challenge her fear of heights and have a ton of fun. Someday I want to bungee jump and skydive solo. I only have a fear of heights when my chances of serious injury or death are significant. I've shattered two vertebrae and broken a few other bones. Getting hurt sucks, and I definitely don't want anymore spinal injuries/surgeries. With that, congrats Pekora! That looked like so much fun. And I'm really happy she had a great time.

SOOOOOOO much respect for Pekora... facing her fear of heights by bungie jumping AND skydiving in the same day... AND taking the step of living in her own place (well, 'living' insomuch as she has a place to go when not streaming)...yeah it's only a 1-minute walk from her parent's home, but for a huge introvert like Pekora that is a VERY big step! Maybe that is why she got the FAQing monkey, so she wouldn't be 'too alone' in her new place after being used to always having a family member somewhere in the house... Regarding the heights thing, that girl has more guts than I could ever hope to have!! I wonder if Polka talked her into it after she herself went skydiving...

Good for her. I'm happy she chose to face fears like that head on. She's grown so much since the start of Hololive. I will admit, however, I was kind of sad not to see anyone else show up and surprise Pekora. Like having Marine or Korone show sneak up behind her on the bungie jumping platform and surprise Peko.

A bit of information. 3800 meters is around 12,450 feet. I do not know what japanese aviation law is but in the US, 12,500 feet is the height a pilot can only be in the air for 30 minutes before they must have some sort of oxygen system. Most parachute jumps for recreation are at this height so they don't need to carry oxygen. Also, jumping out of a plane will quickly push you into terminal velocity, if you can't hear Pekora when she jumped, that's because it's THAT LOUD. Without some sort of hearing protection, her ears will definitely be ringing after this. I've jumped out of a plane twice, seriously, if you ever want to try this, just put the money down and do it. It's a scary as hell experience but damn is jumping out a very fun experience. (You can also bet the skydiver she's tandem with pushed her out XD.) I don't know anything about bungee jumping but I will say that if you're not used to skydiving, it is a very draining experience once you get on the ground. To jump twice in one day takes some endurance. She's certainly got my respect.
