i've seen forbidden videos of luna and even then her voice was super similar. Honestly, a lot of Vtubers don't play 'characters' in terms of voice because it would eventually stress them out. I mean there is some level of difference but it is about as different between how you talk in public and private. a great example is subaru, go watch the videos of her in her collab where she played the wii baseball and was totally focused, her voice was totally different because she basically gave up any sort of concentration on that part to win
