Pella Project - Dozer Work and Planting

In this Pella Project video, we return to Pella Wisconsin to take the next step on our demonstration property. We start with using the bulldozer to clear up some of the logs and stumps from our previous Pella Project video. Then once it's cleared, we begin planting the food plot for the upcoming hunting season. Please comment below any questions that may arise while watching this video!

One thing that helps save top soil is to use a rake on the dozer not just a blade.

What kind of atv seeder is that??

Hi Aaron - thanks for the question. We have actually custom built all of our ATV spreaders as we haven't found anything that holds up to commercial use for very long. The hopper, spinner and motor all came from either DR or AgriFab. We custom built the mounting frame/bracket as well as the gate opening mechanism and added the lights for nighttime work. @@genesiscustomfoodplots reason for asking it honestly looks a lot like the one I have it’s a Meyer brand. I’ve had mine for about 8 years now and have put thousands of lbs of lime & fertilizer through it. Just wanted to see what kind y’all use.!!! Enjoy your videos
