I totally agree with you. I have been researching both exercise bikes like the Peloton, and Nordictrack as well as treadmills and both companies seem to suck at customer service, and both have customers with horror stories with lemons that become expensive non-returnable paper weights. Both companies are overpriced and have poor quality control and share in about 15% negative reviews due to malfunctions. Peloton seems to have issues with pedals breaking while Nordictrack has issues with the screen. I really, really want and need the Nordictrack s22i because of everything it offers and the price of the bike and subscription are reasonable enough, but I need an iron clad guarantee that I will get a fully functioning exercise bike without any defects issues or breakdowns for at least 3 full years If they expect to charge me $2000 for the bike plus a yearly membership.

It’s been an awful experience so far, I have a half million dollar lawsuit on going with these people. It has been on my radar to make a video about it all, would probably be juicy content. Eric V Moore and Kristin Schlesinger are the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life. @@TailHappyTV You're right, it's very expensive but I feel like this price could be justified from an efficiency standpoint with the AI technology as well as the versatility of not being locked into 1 application. I've really been going back and forth on these four products (Carol 2.0, Peloton +, NordicTrack S27i, & Wahoo Kickr) and still pondering...

I did a in-store review with it, it’s on my channel. Super expensive for what it is especially compared to the competition. Seems like it might make sense for somebody with a really big budget who is already on a peloton membership and you don’t want to add another membership.
