I will show you step by step how to set the settings of the PELSEE P12 rearview mirror dual dash cam. I will demonstrate how to change the resolution, adjust the loop recording, and set the G Sensor. I show you how to the parking mode and how to adjust the dash cam settings for parking mode. I will go over all the icons and what they represent. I will show each of the menu settings and give you a description of it. I will go over how to locate the videos, how to play the videos, and how to delete them. I will review the Forward Collision Warning, Pedestrian Collision Warning, Headway Monitoring, Forward Movement warning, Blind spot detection, and Lane Departure. I will also show you how to format the SD Card. I will have additional videos of this dashcam below.

Very interesting video. My question is, how can you watch the recorded video on your phone. If accident happens, how will you be able to share with police.

You will need to unmount the dash cam from the rear view mirror with the power cord attached. You will then play the video while the officer records the video with his body camera. That is the way the officers obtain the dash cam evidence.

This video is FANTASTIC! Thank you! I’m having trouble with the BSD areas. I keep playing with it but it’s not detecting properly. Can you please explain better about how to set it? You mentioned something about a parking lot but the visual appears to be in your driveway LOL. Also, is there a way to not see all the green boxes around surrounding vehicles?

Quick hint.. If you want that glare to go away on your mirror during the day, just adjust your mirror up.. Then you want get that reflection from your back window.. Thank me later

Thank you for I got this camera I set it up step by step with your instruction and I did good the only problem I see a glare in the mirror I can see the background I don't see solid picture I don't know if you is it good camera that is the only thank you for your information was very very thank you is anybody have glare in the camera like to know anybody can come and appreciate

Thank you for your detailed walk-thru. Have been using the unit for a while and is happy. I just noticed that dat/time got reset when the car is off > 1 day. Do you have that problem ? posting the question to Amazon. Some people said yes. Some said no. Did you notice the issue ?

probably the internal battery that saves the setting is bad.

It probably turns on after a bump on the road. Probably the G sensor activated the screen to turn on. Set the G sensor to low.

I'm looking for a dash camera with Wi-fi option. If there built in Wi-fi, at any time we can monitor our car in remote distance, right? I mean while 24 hours parking mode. is that correct?

I have a quick question, when using the backup camera with the color grid lines…when backing into a spot or parallel parking, do the grid lines move (leaning left or right) depending on which way you are turning the steering wheel?

Do both cameras always record even if the mirror is only showing one or the other? Normally you would have the rear view showing. Is the dash cam recording at that time? Thanks

The dash cam will record the front and back at the same time no matter what camera is showing on the screen.

Yes, you can turn off the screen when you want to use a regular rear view mirror. I have done this many times.

Unfortunately, You can only use ADAS or BDS at a time. I would adjust the lines under calibrate.

Make sure under system setting the "Stream media switch" is on. Also make sure under camera settings "Recording is on" hopefully that should work.

Push the center of the screen with your finger and then move your finger up or down to dim the screen.

You will need to physically install the rear camera to the desired orientation you need.

That seems like the battery inside the camera that saves the settings is bad.

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? ... in my device ADAS and BDS doesn't work together, neither in split screen (both display at the same time). it only work when selected specific one in full screen mode. if ADAS is on then BDS is not working wise versa.
