Pelvic Congestion Syndrome & Endometrial Cystic Hyperplasia || Ultrasound || Doppler || Case 90
Clinical Features:
- A 45 years old female patient came with chronic lower abdominal pain & irregular pervaginal bleeding.
- No history related to pregnancy.
Ultrasound Features:
- Bulky Uterus.
- Thickened endometrium with cystic change.
- Multiple dilated tortuous myometrial & parauterine veins (width more than 4 mm).
- Increase in venous calibres on real-time during Valsalva maneuver.

In adenomyosis, Cystic spaces: - at the endo-myo junction - no flow on Doppler Myometrium: - Heterogeneous
