hello dear dr. Andrew Edwards, very nice of you to have added good slides and taken efforts for a new beginning in Prolapse ultrasound. . I wish to clarify one question in my mind, both clinical examination and Ultrasound would be equally essential and complimentary at least in prolapse.. In what "specific case" would ultrasound score -over and above a clinical examination that could be in your experience missed on clinical examination. to me i'm convinced of its role in diagnosis but pl elaborate added usefulness over clinical examination.. thank you for ur wonderful discussion.. dr.
