Hello & thank you for what you are doing to help us. I'm in London Uk & as well as the hEds from my mum i was poisoned by highly toxic chemicals that crossed the placenta when i was a fetus & was born with MECFS & lots of other neuro probs & Fibromyalgia...& exposed to those chemicals for at least 2 years after i was born. I have a very bad histamine dao problem & it affects my bladder quite badly for the past 17 years with the mast cells going crazy...i can hold on ok if i'm sitting when i'm releasing histamine but have trouble if i'm standing. Do you think i can build muscle strength as a very senior citizen. I do have mast cell stabilisers & an antihistamine but still have problems. You mention keeping the balance....i completely lost mine with a massive brain aneurysm haemorrhage...i have been trying to fix myself since i was 13 yrs...any more advice than whats on your video would be greatly appreciated...my main meds are individual theraputic taken amino acids....thanku for reading 😘
