Tip: If you want to learn a new pen trick, i suggest you do the other easier version of it. For example, to learn the double charge, you might wanna learn the normal charge first. Another example is The Sonic which consist of starting from the 3/4 fingers and spinning it to skip the 3 finger. So it goes 3/4, charge, then fingers 1/4. There are multiple version of The Sonic because it's mainly used in pen tricks, such as The Outward Sonic which is the opposite of The Sonic. If you want to learn pen tricks i suggest you start with The Charge, Wipers, and the hardest our of these 3 is the Triangle Pass.

To start PS just learn the 4 fundementals - Charge, Ta (Thumbaround), Sonic, fingerpass. After youve learned these LEARN THEM IN REVERSE! Even tho its very tempting to skip reverses its incredibly important

I learned how to spin pens when I was younger. Not out of boredom or procrastination but mainly because it was faster access to the eraser when taking notes lol.

I mean actual pen spinners use it, but i use regular pens for spinning i dont see anything wrong with normal pens but trainers are heavier and easier to spin on.
