Even now that Im living somewhere decent, the worse neighbour is just a woman who talks waaay too loud in her garage, I don't think twice if I hear screaming or yelling. I don't think anyone's mind ever goes to 'oh a scream someone's dying'. Worse case scenarios almost are never the case. Tiktokers are so detached from reality just to farm for clout it goes past sad to straight pathetic and pitiful.

@@artificialraspberify i currently live in a neighborhood with a bunch of kids and so dang many of them scream, sometimes i think "i really hope they learn to quit screaming, because one day it just might happen where one of em is taken and no one does a thing cause everyone thinks its just kids playing" when you hear the same noise every single time, you dont go checking it every time, you check the first handful amount of times, but then once your used to it, you dont ever bother to check again, you just think, "oh, its the dang kids being so noisy again" i worry bout the kids sometimes, and every blue moon or so i check, and everything is fine, i dont even have kids nor want them, but i still care

I feel like even if she tries to claim to be insane or delusional, it’ll be thrown out by the fact that she continued to do it, acknowledging it as she continues to do it. I feel like the recording, editing, and uploading the videos can go against an insanity plea, but I suppose we’ll have to see after it goes to court

@@kadenplays573 also also not to mention that the insanity plea never gets you freedom, it gets you put in a psych ward. which is usually just as shitty as prison, if not worse. once you convince them that you're insane, its nearly impossible to convince them that you're not.

@@Jo-tv6sj Curious tho, what happens to the lawsuit on an insanity plea? I only know of those about goin to psych wards instead of jail for breaking the law, not for lawsuits tho, where the losing case would be fines, lawyer fees, and court fees
