Personally, i am able to decide if i wanna be sucked into the atmosphere building suspense and dread or not. Its nice to engage on it because its a horror game and the fun of it is to scare you. But if i choose not to, i can just run through the game with complete indiference knowing that every encounter is scripted and its just a screen. Psychological horror i cant do that tho hence it being my favorite type of horror

Personally, during good jumpscare I can still get goosebumps as a natural reaction, but heart rate remains normal and I watch it with same expression like Charlie does.

To get to the end you need to enter small shed in the garden. Entering the sheds starts the end scene.

Someone has to make a horror game claiming there's a way to speedrun but it's just trying to escape millions of flying roaches so Charlie falls for the bait and finally gets scared of a horror game.
