I loved the part when Obi-Wan said “I Quied when you were Gon” when Qui Gons force ghost appeared.

the part where Palpatine said “I personally wouldn’t let that slide” to Vader was by far my favorite quote out of this whole series

I cried whenever Obi-Wan told Anakin he was sorry for everything and that he failed him...it was such an emotional scene and hit even harder since I grew up with the prequels, when Obi-Wan left Anakin alone sitting there defeated to go and rejoin Morbius in the ship I felt shivers...amazing screenplay

the part where Vader says “so what, we’re just in some kind of Obi Wan Kenobi?” sent shivers down my spine

loved the part where obi wan said “i have obi won!” when he defeats vader pure genius!

When obi-wan said "lets scooby doo this crap" to Leia, that really gave me the biggest chills.

I really loved the part where Vader brutally murdered all the children and Yoda said “ummm….awkward”

I thought it was so cool to see Anakin finally say the iconic line “It’s Anakin’ time” on screen (which he had previously only said in the Legends continuity), not sure it makes sense that he said it as Vader but I’ll take it

I really liked that they swapped the sound of the Leia's chase scene with a bunch of Goofy Running Sound Effect variations at the last minute before airing the series, it was truly a bold movie by Disney. The Off The Meds - EKSE (Studio Barnhus) playing in the background also really helped to make it feel a lot morb etter.

I loved the part when Obi said "Wan Kenobi to rule them all" then he took over the galaxy

The final fight between Obi-Wan and Vader was so good it made me wish this was just a movie, all of the scenes when it was just Obi-Wan and Vader were amazing while the rest of the show just felt unnecessary and boring.

I loved the part where Obi Wan pulls out his wand and says “I’m obi wand” and then blasts Darth Vader with the power of love. Literal goosebumps.

I loved the scene when Vader took off his mask and told obi wan that "war isn't about killing what we hate, it's about saving what we love", and then he kissed obi wan on the forehead.

The show really wasn't off to a good start, but when he said "It's Obin' time" and Obied all the bad guys it was an immediate masterpiece

It’s pretty clear this project was visualized as a movie and Disney mandated that it had to be a 6 episode series. I think that’s why the last 2 episodes are so strong and the first 4 feel like they could be condensed into like a 45 minute segment and still hit the same points.

I loved the last scene when Vader took off his helmet to passionately embrace obi-wan with a kiss saying, “you are my master” felt like a good way to end the series

Hayden was so brilliant in this show even though he wasn’t in it for as long as many of us had hoped. He made playing Darth Vader and Anakin at the same time so easy. Glad he finally got the recognition he deserves.

Hayden is such a likeable and humble guy. Too bad we didn't see more of him in the show.

The best part was when Anakin said, "You have not Obi Won this fight." and then Obi Wan proceeded to cut off his legs again. Poetic all around.

The scene when darth vadar said ”now it is I whom has the high ground!” And kenobi cheekily retorted with “darth… you are but a torso” gave me chills

The best part of the show is when Kenobi said “It’s Kenobin time” and saved the world

Absolutely love the part where Anakin asked Kenobi "how many sugars in your tea?" And Kenobi answered "Obi One"

I love when Ewan said "What are we, some kind of Obi-Wan Kenobi?" in the finale

I was bracing for a Raycon sponsor message when you started talking about the soundtrack and music towards the end of the video.

I think most was either bad or just kinda nothing, but the good bits tap into my nostalgia and make them work. Ewan and Hayden as a pairing is just one of those magical actor pairings that has a tonne of chemistry and is fun to watch. It's easy to buy into their friendship. I really enjoyed the scene at the end, even if the writing is a little wonky.

I genuinely think the finale fight was great because Kenobi actually had great emotion through Ewan McGregor with the line "I'm sorry Anakin" "I'm sorry for everything" was great

No one is talking about the clear best scene of where Palpatine says “execute order 69” and then it proceeds to show him making Reys father

The real take away I get from this show (and really only the last episode is what’s necessary) is that it gives Obi Wan the closure to let go of his guilt, and it clarifies Luke and Leia’s relationships and knowledge of Obi Wan. All and all a lot more time could’ve been spent on vader and maybe their relationship pre revenge of the sith but, I’m not complaining we still got some great stuff

I think it should have been a 10 episode show to flesh out some of the characters a bit more. It’s mid but added some great moments even if fragmented throughout the show.

The whole series feels like ur inside of obi wans mind, you can literally feel his pain and grief stemming from failing anakin and ultimately losing his 'brother'. Throughout the series we witness obi wan getting stronger with his bond with leia growing, giving him hope for the future. Reva's character also reflected anakins pain because the character shared many traits with him. I mean reva is literally afraid she turns into anakin and the similarities between the two are obvious. They really showed vader in his prime aswell. Only questionable thing is he let the ship escape but i think that scene was a demonstration of how vaders rage towards his old master had blinded him a bit as sidious says in ep.6. A couple of funny scenes for sure (leia chase was a wtf moment). But, with that all said Ep. 6 was hands down the best episode and had some of the greatest moments in star wars history. As a person who grew up with the prequels this series delivered a lot of good moments, nostalgia and really was a good service to the fans.

I think this is accurately described as unecessary. It introduced a few throw away characters (Reva and that spy lady). Boy did Reva suck as a character, no redemption arc could save her.

I feel like Star Wars under Disney has lost what made it Star Wars, and they're doing the equivolent of what happens when companies like EA and Activision buy out smaller but very dearly loved gaming companies only to run them into the ground by merely exploiting their namesake and failing to deliver what made them a success in the first place. They completely disregarded the Extended Universe, and now they don't even have respect for cannon.

I think this episode shows the legendary potential this series could've had. I do feel like it's 3 shows smashed into 1. If we just got a focused show about obi wan and Vader it could've been special

I think this a perfect encapsulation of the highs and lows of the show, literally the final two episodes feel like they were from an entirely different show from the first 4 episodes

When Darth Vader is talking to kenobi and his voice machine switches to the Darth Vader voice when he says obiwan was really nice.

I think the point of "nerfing vader" was actually intentional. In the last episode it seems very clear to me that Vader couldn't kill obi wan because he didn't want to. He could fight him, and get very close, but just as obi wan couldn't finish the job on mustafar, anakin can't kill his friend. I actually think it makes a lot of sense and it further confirmed during the conversation with palpatine in the episode.

It’s an ok show, mainly because of Ewan and Hayden carrying it to being ok. Other than that, there are a lot of problems with it. However, it could’ve been much worse. Reva is getting her stand alone show next, so we’ll see how that goes.
