Another beautiful course & Great vlog!! You picked the ball so cleanly out of the fairway bunker on the second hole #Parfield ... I'm curious, why did it come up short? Appeared to be a perfect strike....

Mark - this question came to me as I was hearing you talk to Gorilla about his shot shape. If on a particular day while on the course you are seeing your shots take a different shape than what you are used to, would you try to adjust/correct your swing to get back to your center, or would you just play that shape for the round and compensate?

Mark's ball doesn't go in the ditch at 9:32 it stays on the bank on the other side!

Mark, couldn't you have dropped on the other side of the hazard on the second hole because you landed in the ditch and then rolled back in?

No because waterhazard was marked by yellow stiks, but you can drop on the other side if the stiks are red.

No (from USGA rule): Drop a ball behind the water hazard, keeping the point at which the original ball last crossed the margin of the water hazard directly between the hole and the spot on which the ball is dropped, with no limit to how far behind the water hazard the ball may be dropped.

Yes but technically the ball crossed the water hazard going backwards, so if it is red stakes then he could drop on the other sides, but as they were yellow he had to be on the other side? Not well versed in this situation/rule, in Florida we only have red stakes.

I think James could have pushed that first hole. His second was O.B., but he put his pitch within a couple feet which would be a bogey, and Mark three putted after being on in two.

When you're OOB you have to replay the shot from where you hit it - not take a drop where you went OOB. So GJ's drop was illegal.

I think being friends with a bunch of teaching professionals Rory will have no problem discovering swing faults. Unless Mark refuses to teach him to keep the vlogs interesting!
