Boa tarde, Luis, tudo bem? Para população geral, o indicado pela associação europeia de urologia (EAU), uma das instituições de Urologia mais respeitadas do mundo, é iniciar o rastreamento aos 50 anos mesmo. Porem, se for o desejo do paciente, não vejo problema algum em iniciar antes, fazer o psa e o toque retal. Faço PSA e toque em muitos pacientes com menos de 50 anos quando eles assim desejam.
