The 250 is the Long Beach 65 insides with the JigMaster frame! It is not the same as the smaller ones 100,150,200 frames.

You don't give a price point, but the size you are looking for would be a 30 or 40. There are a lot of good value reels there. I would check Shimano Sedona, Penn Pursuit or Fierce, Daiwa Regal or others under $100 - Dennis
