If you have your name and another name on home worth 400k. And payment is on time but not made by the debtor. Are they at risk of losing it with chapter 7 filing? Thank you. And also can you get funding for businesses eventually after chapter 7.

Whether or not you can keep your house in a Ch. 7 depends on how much equity you have and how much your state allows you to keep. It is case-by-case. As to your second question, we often see a short term hit in the ability to get credit, but that usually rebounds fairly quickly. I cannot speak to the qualifications of individual lenders.

I live pa I working dedt company got letter from Citi Bank homedepo taking me possible court suiing me I told them last Thursday don't sui me I am working thru freedom choice

Unfortunately this is very common. We see people in active debt consolidation get sued all the time. That's one of the main advantages bankruptcy offers - you get protection from creditors during bankruptcy.
