PENNY WAS A SNEAKER HEAD IN COLLEGE!! WE STAYED IN SOUTH HALL THE ATHLETIC DORM AT MEMPHIS STATE UNIV. I WAS 4 DOORS DOWN THE HALL MY FRESHMAN YEAR. WE HAD THESE WALL CABINETS ON ONE SIDE OF THE ROOM. PENNY HAD SHOES LINED UP FROM END TO END AND EVERY PAIR HAD A FEW T-SHIRTS THAT MATCHED AND A HAT. HE WAS FRESH DAILY ON THE YARD. HE IS THE REASON I LOVE KICKS.

I remember Penny popularized the Nike Air Flight One. Michael Jordan wore that model (in all black colorway). I loved Penny but never actually owned any of his signature shoes. I will have to get the Nike Air Flight One (as the ones worn by Jordan for game 3 of the 95 ECS on May 12, 1995)

@@Tradeblock Yes Penny was cold may of even been colder than Jordan and he got the best retro sneaker line Nike need to retro his Flight 1's in all those Orlando colorways as well as a Chicago bulls Michael Jordan colorway because Mike did wear them too, they would sell like hotcakes snd they definitely need to retro his Penny 4 too,Nike should continue the Penny line with new silhouettes for this new generation of ballers like they do the Air Jordans every year the One cent logo is just as iconic as the Jumpman logo real talk,I just copped his Penny 2 in the patent leather and it's🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Honestly he got the best sneaker drops in 2023 those Penny 2's with the patent leather are absolutely fiya everything with the one cent on it is fiya Penny was that guy before injuries he mite of surpassed Mj as the G.o.a.t the conversation would probably be whole lot different rite now cause him and Mj destroyed eachother on the court he was the only player I seen go head up with Air he couldn't stop Mike but Mike couldn't stop him either and no defense in the league could stop either one of them Penny was a cold mfkr no cap.

Why haven't we gotten the colorways of every nba team? Ex: Lakers should have been had the yellow with the purple see-through bottoms. I think the Phoenix Sun's metallic purples were better than the Galaxies. In my opinion. The Knicks are 🔥 too.
