Being a parent is definitely not for the faint of heart, but totally worth it! I was a single mom from the time my kids were 2 and 5 all the way through high school and sometimes I wonder how I survived. But no regrets ever! Hard, but completely rewarding! You and Jay and going to be amazing parents!

It’s sooo hard to be with your friend when we have kids! A lot of people who don’t have kids don’t understand. Especially when the kids are so young! So cool to see you have an understanding of it

As an allergy sufferer myself I take allergy shots but that is a long term solution but I would suggest trying Flonase nasal spray which relieves symptom right away.

Obviously not an allergy specialist 😊, but your nose is “stuffy” due to inflammation. My perfect allergy cocktail - Claritin D 24 hour and an ibuprofen. They keep the Claritin D behind the pharmacy counter and it’s expensive, but it usually knocks out my symptoms in a day or two. Good Luck!!
