Ik Eg were great but Penta were just better one of the most intense games I’ve seen

I think both teams were on the same level of skill. Penta just never lost their concentration. They were focused till the end. On the last 2 maps you can see EG getting nervous and making a lot of stupid mistakes like pushing Fabian on Montagne in an 1 on 1 and some other situations. Penta simply had the longer breath and a God like Pengu in his best match so far. Even Fabian got his kills XD.

Boris DE Penta is the overall better team that is not overly aggressive and doesn't push past their limits. They are the best "team" in the world. But EG, like Ence and Black Dragons etc, are no doubt incredible "teams" but they have more individually strong players. For EG it's Necrox and Canadian. For Black Dragons, its PZD and so on. Therefore, those more "exciting" plays from an individual, create for better highlights.

shan_rocks is this invitational the first time you watched EG? because necrox is definitely not one of the most individually strong players on EG. he had an amazing tournament and him and BC probably performed the best out of the entire team, but in terms of individual skill Canadian and nvK are the standout players from EG, although all 5 of their players are insane and there is no weak parts in their team

That was probably the point so that when Penta started making their comeback it was more dramatic.

The Monty play on Bank was awesome and frustrating at the same time because Fabian did so well an EG made the stupid mistake pushing him in a 1 on 1

Blitz is stronger and PENTA were the only team to have used Montange in their strats at invitational and got criticized for it as well for not using Blitz instead and they proved everyone wrong by making it work, Fabian did amazing because in that situation with so little time remaining Necrox could've won that but Fabian made a great push and got the kill, he expertly defended himself against Yung as well so that was a great Monty play and so was Pengu's.

uh no it was bc and necrox. Canadian played well, but bc and necrox played nutte. Yung was average/below average, and Nvk had one of his worst LAN's.

If you think he played bad this lan, then I assume you only watched the grand final?

He made many round deciding errors in the Rogue game. He played terrible on 4 maps in the grand final. To top that off, he was playing Ash, Ela, and Jackal almost every round, which are top fragging operators. I also watched every EG game.

Pegolini 1 not the point. Also Kafe and Bank were not Penta's maps and they rarely played it. They are the best team in the world, and achieving that they don't need to sweep every other teams with a 2-0 or 3-0 victory. Also if your point is that EG are better ot that PENTA aren't as great, you should note that EG shouldn't be losing their map pick almost one sidedly and they also shouldn't lose Kafe and Coastline in which penta rarely ever play.

Alfando Yogatama As far as I know Eg also plays those maps not very often. And I am not saying that EG is better than Penta or vice versa. However, what I can say for sure is, that Penta had the momentum on the last 3 maps as Eg had on the first 2. Both teams made their mistakes and so I think the are equally good because in the end the win was mostly luck.

Canadian was amazing but most of these are just EG highlights, a lot Pengu and Fabian highlights missing, Goga highlights on Bank also missing.

Ryan George are you kidding me? It was on coastline. It was a 3v2 and yung was Blackbeard in penthouse window. Pengu rushed out and killed necrox. It ended up with Canadian and yung vs Fabian. Fabian nitrod Canadian and yung ran out of time. I think you’re talking about the wrong round
