My opinion, from my observation when a country has nuclear arsenal at its disposal then no other countries will dare to mess with that country. It is the same as having weapons in space, once a country has weapons in space, no other country will mess with them. Right now, it is a race of who will build the space weapon first, China, Russia and the United State are the only 3 countries competing each other, one is the dollar currency, the other is Brics.
