Yanan. I know that your birthday was yesterday, but I was unable to celebrate it then. Still, I couldn’t let this day pass without saying all of this to you. My journey with supporting Pentagon has been unique in that I have supported Pentagon for awhile, but I didn’t become a Universe until two years ago. That being said, I was unaware of the history of the members of Pentagon and their ventures in and out of the group. I only found out last year, when I was finally acquainted with all of the members, about your absence from the group. One of the first things about the fans that I realized is how much they missed you when you were gone. I was unaware of your time away from Pentagon, and now that I have taken the time to see the legacy you have left on the group, the members, and the fans, I can see why the Universe were so distraught without you while you were gone. I have been fortunate enough to be shown, through the eyes of the fans, how beautiful of a human you are, even when you weren’t physically with the group. During your time with Pentagon, I have come to see how much of a valued member you are with all of the hard work and efforts that you put into your artistry. You have one of the most delicate singing voices I have ever heard. It is so light and full of emotion that you convey every time that you sing. Your playful dancing style and perfect execution of your movements makes it honorable to watch you. Hui my words are going to sound meaningless up against how I really feel about you so I'm trying my best explain how much I genuinely mean this. I haven't been a Pentagon for very long so I still have so much to learn about the group! However, I've spent enough time to know how much you've changed my perspective on every outlook on life. I've never seen an idol quite like you. First off, I had the luxury of watching a few of your performances from 'Breakers' which was my first time really getting to see you perform by yourself. I didn't realize how beautiful your voice is. You have a range and an ability to sing that I haven't seen in a long time, and on top of that, you are an expert dancer. The most impressive part of all of this is that you have outstanding breath control. You are able to furiously dance while still belting perfect notes and that is not a skill that very many people have. You re born to perform and I can't believe I am so fortunate to be moved by such a unique and even rare performance execution. Next, I want to talk about the emotions that come out when you see. During 'Breakers,' I learned a lot about you just from how you present yourself on stage and I have been absolutely moved by the side of you that you shared on stage. I was moved to tears seeing all of the emotions you've felt in your years as an idol come out on the stage and I was speechless. It's not often that performers have the effect on me, but everything you've felt I could feel simply because you are an outstanding and authentic performer. As much as I love the music that lives within you, I love your personality as well. One of the first qualities that I recognized in you was your humor.You’re witty, clever, goofy, and even an expert at teasing your members! You were really meant to be on this Earth encouraging laughter in those around you. I also love how you take care of yourself. You always look out for your well-being and always seem to respect what your body needs. I know that nobody is healed from being around you quite like your members. I know that you’ve known them for so long, and because of this, you know them on a deeper level than most people. When they are with you, it’s like they can forget all else around them and exist in pure happiness with you. Some of their brightest days have come from the times they spent with you; remembering what it feels like to really enjoy the company of your loved ones. You always tease your members, which is helpful in itself because it teaches them not to take themselves too seriously. In another way, it must warm their hearts that somebody is looking after them enough to be familiar with how they act and think. There are parts of them that only you know, that even Universe or maybe even others are not aware of. You remind your members to take a moment and ensure that they are okay as well. Without you, they might not be as able-bodied as they are now. You have helped them find the love in themselves and have brought them closer together. You are their brother and a family member that they know they can always rely on. They are who they are and where they are today because of you. You help them to recognize their fullest potential every day, and they know that they can go wherever they aspire to because you believe in them. They couldn't get the love that you give them anywhere else. Thank you so much for changing the lives of your members forever and helping them to become the best versions of themselves imaginable. I want to personally thank your parents and family for raising you and leading you to become the hardworking and dedicated man that you are today. I know that you likely already know this, but it feels right to state that it is important to remember that your family is always going to be there for you. Just by being yourself, we always have the time of our lives when we’re with you. All of our walls come down, and we know we can truly be who we are because you show us who you are. We feel safe with you and it is so relieving to spend time with you. You help our stress to go away and we are so relaxed when we get to be around you. Similarly to with your members, you also help us to look after our health. You eagerly share your tips with your fans, which really lets us know how much you appreciate us. We are learning what rewards come from caring for ourselves, and this can be easy to forget, again, especially because of the pandemic leaving everybody feeling tense. It is very refreshing getting to spend time with somebody who wants his fans to be the healthiest versions of themselves possible. All that I can do though, on behalf of all of your loved ones, is tell you that we are so proud of you for making it past all of these hardships to be where you are today. The strength that you have is acquired; something you’ve had to work at to get rather than just naturally having. You have built up so much resillience after going through what you have, and I know that you become more intelligent after doing so. You have proven that you can tackle whatever life throws at you in the future, and you are teaching us that we can do the same as well. Watching you get to where you are today and taking after how you choose to approach your struggles has been nothing short of inspirational. We thank you for teaching us while you go through these hard times, and I hope that you can see that it is worth it to work your your way through. I stan PENTAGON since PENTAGON MAKER era. I am KPOP fan for 9 years. First I'm SM STAN then become BIG3 STAN but when I found BEAST, 4MINUTE, INFINITE, BTS and other groups, I realize that there are many talented groups. They come from small company that doesn't mean they're not good. Then I start listen to other's group and fall in love with CUBE. Now I'm CUBE STAN and I must say that PENTAGON is one of the most talented groups in KPOP. I hope KOREA and KPOP I-FANS *STOP SLEEPING ON PENTAGON*.
