A few of my favorites are " Can't Hold Us " " The Evolution of Rhianna " and their Collaboration with Todrick Hall " The Wizard of Ahhs" which is worth the watch. I know alot of reactors do not like links in the comment section, but also check out " The Beginner's Guide to Pentatonix ". It well help you with the names and what all has happened with the group. My favorite song is whatever song of theirs I happen to be listening to at the time. I have been introduced to so many genres of music, that I would have never listened to, because of Pentatonix.

Gonna have to hit their original EDM Love Again, They have their entire line of Evolution videos, Evolution of Music, Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Rihanna (my fav), Ariana Grande. To me the best Evolution of Michael Jackson is their Live Pop spring 2016 video where they do 3 originals and the Evolution of Michael Jackson..again...live.

You mentioned a personnel change. IN 2017, Avi Kaplan had to leave because his family needed him. His mother took ill. Before he left, he arranged for his replacement to step in. Avi parted from the group amicably. Matt Sallee took over and has proven his worth. All other changes in appearance are simply cosmetic, because for a long time Mitch and Kirstie changed up their looks a lot. Mitch has mostly settled down with his appearance, but Kirstie will color her hair now and then.

Popspring 2016 is a great video to check out! It has 3 great originals plus Evolution of Michael Jackson (their most famous Evolution vid) all done live so you get a taste of what it's like to see them in concert. It was recorded professionally for MTV in Japan though, not a fancam, so excellent audio! The originals are different genres too: Cracked (blues- the kind that ironically makes you want to dance), Can't Sleep Love (pop with a rap feature & r&b moments) & then Water (r&b that's a bit slower in some parts but not others, & really catchy).

PLEASE CHECK OUT their ‘12 days of Christmas’ even though Christmas is long gone 😂 Their arrangement is crazy ♥️

Something different from them that’s in my personal top 5 is their cover of Rather Be (Clean Bandit). Kirstie leads it and the official video was filmed on the streets of Tokyo while they were touring there. It’s lots of fun to see and hear! Thanks for reacting to PTX!

Thank you for the great reaction to this fun Pentatonix video. They are amazing, It's hard to pick a favorite Pentatonix video or song because I love them all and there are hundreds of them. Most of us just enjoy the songs that we are listening to at the time. Works out better that way instead of trying to pick a favorite.

This is one of my faves of theirs. All their "Evolution" videos are great. Evolutions of Music, Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Rihanna, and Ariana Grande. Great reaction! They are going to be on tour this summer, late. I hope you can go to a concert. They are truly "thrilling".

Ya I can relate to music from the 90's (since I was in my 30's back then), it's always cool to see younger people like yourself appreciate tunes from the different decades. Nowadays it's fun to explore everything from PTX to RAP.

I think my favorite is Wizzard of Ahhhs. wait, Kiaara "gold" (If you ever heard the original). Popspring 20 16, bout 16 minutes but 3 original songs and Michael Jackson evolution. Oh, Cheerleader, Kevins part, phenomenal. Shoot. I am just a Pentaholic. 😁😁😎

My faves are 'Can You Feel The Love Tonight', 'Say Something', 'Amazing Grace', 'The Prayer', and of course 'Hallelujah' if you haven't seen that one yet.

In some of their later songs they occasionally use instruments, but I quit caring a long time ago if there were instruments or not!!!

The videos also try (it seems to me) to draw the viewers attention not just to the lead singer, but also to some of the background parts or the beatboxing.

I would have a hard time listing my ten favorite PTX songs, let alone narrowing it down to one.

Josh, I found you through your Pentatonix reaction videos and already subscribed because they are probably my second favorite musical group right now. I have heard you say several times that you are just looking for some of the best music out there. My favorite band above Pentatonix is a 3 piece band out of Sweden who are amazing. The band is called Dirty Loops and they are some of the best musicians around. So good in fact that Quincy Jones represents them. They have one of the best bass players I have ever seen and in combination with an insane drummer and a keyboardist who has an amazing voice (often compared to Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder), they just can't be beat. If you are really looking for the best music out there, try Dirty Loops "Work Shit Out" or "Next to You" for starters. There are so many more amazing songs by these guys but those two songs would be a good place to start. I promise you won't be disappointed and will want to go down this rabbit hole. I have also never seen anybody have trouble with copyright similar to Pentatonix You Tube blocks so no need for filters. Put some headphones on, turn up the volume and enjoy. They will really blow your mind no matter what genre you gravitate towards.

Ok, I've been watching your ptx reactions since you started them and finally just subscribed. I really like that you can see on your face how much you love them and also respect their amazing talent. Recommendations from me would be my top 3 songs from them. 1- can't hold us. Cover of Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. 2- the Evolution of Michael Jackson 3- their original, "Sing" All of these are amazing and since me and you are about the same age I think you'll enjoy them as much as I do!

A little constructive criticism : check the volume for the video, it seems to be way lower than that of your mick so when you make a comment it comes out louder. Love your Pentatonix reactions, you should check their own material: Happy Now and Sing!

Speaking of the outfits - didn't Kirstie just rock those big curls? While I'm 90% sure it was a wig, I think she looked really good in it, and wouldn't mind seeing her doing that again. Of course, I'm a Kirstie fan anyway, so I always think she looks good! If you like medleys, they have a bunch called the "Evolution of..." that you'd probably enjoy. There's Music, Beyoncé, Michael Jackson, Rihanna, and Ariana Grande. The first three have the original bass, Avi Kaplan, and the last two have the "new" bass, Matt Sallee. If you'd like to see a live performance of EoMJ, check out Popspring 2016 - 3 original songs, plus the Evolution of Michael Jackson, all performed live in Tokyo for the annual Popspring concert festival. The concert was recorded by MTV Japan, so the video and audio quality is excellent. It's a little longer (about 15 minutes), but well worth it.
