This was one of the first covers they did after Matt joined them, to show off his bass I'd imagine. He nails it.

This song is great. Kirstie and Scott sounded so awesome on the harmonies together and the bridge is just delicious. I can't wait for your specials! I'm still low-key crossing my fingers for Superfruit 2, but PTX special is always appreciated :D. Thank you for another awesome video, Pat.

I remember I had to get used to Matt's voice in the beginning, but that's ok now, I like the song very much. I like the bright colors in the video and the way they show who's singing. I'm happy for you , that you have tickets for their concert, lucky guy !!

I loved this cover! It was one of the first with Matt. They'd done "New Rules & Are You That Somebody" (I think) already.. maybe "Havanna".. Havanna was meant for the stage though! Wait til you see them perform it! They are on the fabulous Album "Top of Pop Vol. 1" that needs more recognition cause it is so good! But, sadly, lots of drama over Avi vs. Matt was going on here at the time..

It's Pentatonix LOL -- yeah, you're going to like it no matter what it is. This is a good one though. Such a fun piece. There is always something complex with what they do but they make it look so easy!!

Enjoyed your react. Also got that Brady Bunch like vibe from video. Caught their show in San Antonio in May and I can assure you it will be worth your wait. On a personal note it was a pleasant surprise to find I was not the only old (63) weird person at a PTX concert. From what I saw their fan base pretty much covers every age above toddler including many people older and weirder than me. Have fun and Keep On Truckin'.

Yeah, I was typing in that it reminded me of the Brady Bunch blocks and how they looked up and down at each other. They did this song justice too.

Love this cover! But yeah, if you don't know the song then doing a little bit of research (like listen to the original before reacting) is a good idea. I try to do that every time PTX does a cover of a song that I haven't heard before, that way I have something to compare it to. And it's fun to hear what makes their version different from the original :)

They performed this at the concert I went to and I was standing next to a speaker; with those bass notes, it was like feeling the Earth move, I swear. Enjoy, but I know you will!

⭐You could NEVER go wrong with PTX!! I love this arrangement I can't listen to the original without this version ruling over the og... 😒 I tried become a fan Home Free or Voice Play but they DON'T make me happy, excited, emotional or love them like PTX does...💜 I MISS AVI so MUCH with PTX but Matt definately brings a different flavor to the group....😀👍

Killer beat and bass line (one of the first really hearing Matt), great parts for everyone and Kirstie slays....remind me never to get her angry at me! 8 like the Charlie Puth original butc(once again) the PTX version beats it hands down. Best to Bodhi and Blue! E

I have figured out what is wrong music wise now a days 😫. You can start an upward happy place. The group from the 70s and 80s but for me soy with lead singer Peter Cetera with Chicago" 25 and 6 to 4" or and" question 67 and 68" but anything from on them is awesome...I won't spoil.why....you will understand hopefully...this band was my junior high and high school years. Still.listen on utube....Another great group.of the 70s was " the moody blues" pick anything. Very unique. Just like chicago non upward

There is a mashup of this song with the PTX version in one channel, and the Charlie Puth original in the other. Michael Babbage, the guy who put it together, did a little tweaking to put them in the same key (the PTX version is a half step lower), but it is really amazing, especially once they hit the bridge. Regardless of whether it is Scott, Mitch, or Kirstin singing, their voices blend well with Charlie's. The link is kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hc6ljNOZ2quZcqs.html . You should check it out.

Great harmony..now onto something new like Billy Strings " dust in a baggie" or some.more Beth Hart - led zeppelin " whole lottah love" or her brand new one just released in last week..." War in my mind".. Joe Bonamassa anything. " redemption" is great. Surprise us....

This is a song by Charlie Puth. They did a great job but you should check Charlie out. He's got some bops.

Just in case you want to compare... Voiceplay have also covered this. I think they do it in the original key, which they can do, because they have a Geoff 😁

Matt is great. But I still miss Avi. It doesn't feel like Pentatonix since he left. don't get me wrong, these wonderful and talented people still create my favorite music.
