I'm an actor, I've been in a bunch of shows where I've tripped, ridiculously injured myself, and broken props and once, I almost ripped the curtain down by sitting too forcefully to where a back leg of my chair went over the edge of the platform, started to tilt backwards and caught the curtain -- thankfully, the rest of the cast sitting beside me grabbed me in time. but had I ripped the curtain down, I would've just been embracing my inner Lizzie McGuire.
