Kirstie wrote this one, but gave everyone a chance to shine on it! This "live-in-the-studio" version has a slightly simpler arrangement than the album version. This video appeared on a TV talk show with them all just standing there singing. It was re-edited for this "official video" with them jumping around from one place to another. This video really gives an accurate visualization of just how petite and tiny Kirstie is compared to the rest of the group! I love the fact that she is coming forth so much more as a leader with the group these days.

Their entire album of originals is just filled with fantastic performances. They are so hot right now. Every song is just so pure and so well done and so varied.

They all sound and look so good here, Kirsti just kills the main melody line along with Mitch, love the vocal percussion and bass line (and Matt's short solo). Scott is at his best doing riffs and runs behind the main tune, really adding a great texture and interest to the song. Their video production is tremendous here as usual. Thanks!

Yay PTX original music. The Lucky Ones album has so many good ones. If you want to see more of Scott being ridiculous I highly recommend his cover of LP's Lost On You with Mario Jose. They sing over Hans Zimmer's "Time" from Inception and it's beautiful.

Kirstie has been dominant on this latest album. Matt seems to be supporting the beatboxing a lot too. The percussion has been outstanding! PTX has no weak link for sure!

Scott has some real R&B roots. He doesn't show it often but he can really emote in his voice. You should check out their cover of Marvin Gaye's iconic song "Let's Get It On." They performed it on The Sing-Off and in a bunch of their live concerts, where they'd bring a fan on stage to be serenaded by Scott and the band.

Every member of the trio is very skilled at seamlessly transitioning back and forth from lead to harmonizing, backup, fill-in and counter melodies.

This was live on Kelly Clarkson and then they edited it to post it to make it fun! You should check out Mitch's cover of "Your Power". It is awesome!

Would love for you to react to Mitch Grassi (PTX) singing a cover of Billie Eilish's Your Power. Mitch recorded the music for this cover himself! He's just an angel voice! He brings real emotion in a haunting way to this song! Billie and Finneas wrote beautiful lyrics but Mitch brought the emotion, in my opinion. Would love to see your reaction!

Great reaction. Yes, they easily throw around the lead & accompaniment parts! Scott embellished this one with extra runs to dispel the lip-sync critics. Lovely message!

Scott's ad libs are a deliberate choice to dispel allegations of lip synching. The video production (for this and several other live performances during the C*vid thing) were added to actual live performances on the various shows' sound stages. This was for either Kelly Clarkson or Rachael Ray; they have done other songs for Kimmel and James Corden, and there's at least one more that I cannot recall, as well as the LMNT remix of "A Little Space", which is part music video and part paid promotion for a electrolyte water. My two favorite songs from their most recent album don't (and probably never will) have videos ("Bored" and "Never Gonna Cry Again").

One of my favorites off the album! It is so upbeat and catchy, and can apply to different people - a significant other, a parent, sibling, child, friend. I just love the positive vibe from this! Great reaction as always!

Since you mentioned you would like to see Scott stand out more, I think you should listen to Cracked which is an older original from their self titled original album (this one is from Avi's era) And Happy Now from The Lucky Ones is also a good one for Scott vocals, I think.

I'm glad you liked this song! You could try A Little Space next. I would recommend the official audio, but then give their remix a try (which is their latest video, but it's more of a commercial for a drink, so it's shorter and leaves out versus, which Kevin sings). I'd also love to see you try Never Gonna Cry Again. It's a Mitch lead and is great. No official video, but still worth a listen.
