They are running the rumor mill now to see what candidate sounds the best in response to rumors. Floating ideas and seeing who is on board and which candidate plays best. They set him up with this debate because they knew he couldn't make it and it would all fall apart, thus forcing the decisions to change now rather than in September. I did feel ok to be honest with my boss when he asked me who I voted for in 2016 - for Trump. He attacked me viciously, told me that I was a horrible person and had no right to vote the way I voted. I am a first generation immigrant and he was born and raised in the US. I did not get fired, but for a couple of weeks I was expecting to lose my job because of the way I voted. The irony is obvious.

For me it was the first 2016 debate. First question: Will you support the eventual GOP nominee no matter who? Trump looks right at Jeb Bush and says no. The other goons all attacked him because that was the most un-American thing ever. You MUST support the eventual nominee or you're a TRAITOR. Then when Trump won the nomination all these self-diagnosed traitors refused to support him. Trump was the only one there who spoke the truth. It was glaringly obvious.

I was in the store other day and talking to a woman about grocery prices and the media lying to us about inflation going down. We were also saying that we would be voting for Trump and didn’t care if anyone heard us, which they did.

In 2016 I ran for city council locally. I put my sogn in a yard on a busy road right next to a Trump sign. A few people advised me against that and I said no we are both going to win and we did.

Rubio is kinda short, and I like him to keep Florida senate seat for decades. But he was my primary vote back in 2016. And he's very good with interviews, and I'm sure he'd make Kamala look silly like Pence did last time. I dunno if Tim Scott or Doug Bergum can do that.
