The oil from that pipeline was not destined for US consumers. It was created to help Canada Refine their oil for export. We were just going to make money as the middle man doing the refining .

notice Putin and Xi r not at the Summit, no body will dare challenge the major oil producers like Russia n OPEC of getting of even richer while burning the planet as some hypocritic barkers of the wrong trees said, U.S. n other countries' demands for oil would not change significantly.( maybe until elec. cars r more economical n reliable and the airplanes n jets r no longer using high octane), but what changes is the U.S. economy.

I used to work in a landscape nursery. When something was given the rating "z-grade", that meant the product was one level above being thrown out as unusable. As for the rating of "Z", for Biden, I think that might be one step too high.
