I always think of that episode where they talked about a group of young children who had been sent away to boarding school for their education, and they became so homesick for their families that they ran away together and became lost in a snowstorm. The adults sent out search parties but they could not find them. Eventually when the snow melted they found the children's bodies - they were not far from the school. They had frozen to death.

this made my day! what a special and pivotal moment in Asya's development. Children in a lot of westernized countries are lacking the opportunity to take risks. They are being robbed of the opportunity to learn how to test one's limits. There are studies on it now bc it's such a problem. We could def stand to learn a think or two from Asya! And because of you and Ulengovs’ vlogs, I fell in love more to your country and culture. Some people laugh at me when I say that my dream country is Russia, they said that I can’t go there because it is too dangerous and I can’t go back alive. Instead of fighting/argue with them, I’m telling them about your culture, how you take care of your family and other people, and how much respect you have for you nature. Well, that’s one of the reasons why I really love Russia, your people, and culture - how you respect the nature, and preserve your culture. That I rarely see to other countries. Those little ones look at the world around them, not knowing anything else. I wonder if they are happy... It is a harsh life. I think they get a lot of love from their parents. That's what they really need. They seem to be happy, but I do feel for them. I guess their life is a lot safer than the life many young ones have in western countries.
