Calling all adventures, pun seekers and JUNGLE CRUISE SEEKERS! We are at the most underrated restaurant in Magic Kingdom, SKIPPER CANTEEN for a full review! This restaurant is a little more adventurous (wink wink) than most restaurants in Disney World and we aren’t in de-NILE about it!

I think I saw on Instagram stories that her is either hairsprayed or gelled down flat and then the pearls have been stuck on one by one!

Totally agree with Emma here, my group went here last summer and I had the lamb, thought it was one of the best meals I’ve had in Disney but the rest of my party ordered something different each and weren’t as impressed as I was. Brazilian cheese bread is a big thumbs up too!

I’m glad to hear the lamb is so good, because it’s literally the only thing on the menu I’m not allergic to and this is where my group is eating when we go to MK. 😂

The Butterfly Booth!!!🎉 We were lucky enough to sit there when we visited in June 2021. I loved sitting next to all of the beautiful butterflies. 🦋

We enjoy eating at Skipper Canteen . I believe its the best Restaurant in the Magic Kingdom and the Chef is spot on

Skipper Canteen and Tusker House are my 2 favorite restaurants at Disney World. I got Sage's Char-Su Pork and it was absolutely delicious. Mine came out as a big slab of pork though! Perhaps they cut Sage's specifically because they knew they were filming.

This is the second review I've seen of this restaurant recently. Both mentioned the use of soy sauce and lack of spice in the Dan Dan noodles. That is surprising as we were just there over Memorial Day weekend and both my husband and son had them and they were actually pretty spicy. I agree with Fry Bucket that it seems they have toned them down, which is a bit disappointing. Still, this is by far the best restaurant in MK and we usually try to fit it in during our trips.

I saw him in the park this day! I was busy so I had to just walk on by, but his outfit meant I would easily know which episode I was seeing!

We love Skipper's Canteen. The wait staff makes this experience so much more than a meal, kind of like 50's Prime Time.

I just got back from a trip to Disney. I had lunch at Skipper Canteen based on reviews by your channel and others. I agree with all of Sage’s comments on the food. It was very soy sauce forward without much spice. It was fun decor and a good escape from the heat. But I would not eat there again. The price does not match the value. Better quick service options available. Cheese bread was the highlight, I will add.

My fiancé and I were sat at that table !!! Food was amazing loved the hanger steak , We loved it !! Only down fall was I got a dessert that cut my mouth open and I was bleeding ;-;

We've been there a few times. One trip we sat at that table. My son was freaked out by the butterflies. 😮.... last trip i needed to be careful what i ate and the chef came out. She was very helpful and we had a nice chat. Service is always awesome. Food is good. Back rooms are pretty. I dont care for the main room other than seeing all the props.

My daughter was freaked out by the butterflies too. 😂. They’re one of the better gluten free options on property so we always eat there to break up the string of GF burgers.

I always enjoy watching your reviews, but can't agree with you on this one. I'm not really a fan of Skipper Canteen. Food was okay, server was not the greatest. We were hoping she'd be fun, but she didn't even try to be fun, and we barely saw her. We did enjoy the decor and loved sitting at the butterfly table though!
