This is actually happened in my childhood. I had the cool parents to a very thin line though. But my Japanese friend texted his mom on his lil flip phone sayin "fuck you". And they literally came to the door in 10 minutes. His mom(Japanese) , his dad( big ass US Marine) and his brother(jus a bigass dude). In my experience, and I have had friends like this, they are like that 100% of the time. Tbf, it is a complete ly different arrangement than a normal parent. These types of kids basically have an understanding with their parents that they are on their own so that the parent can have their freedom. One thing i learned staying at all my black relatives and friends house is that parents is law. You disobey, you back talk, you even look at em wrong you getting slapped. I never understood it.
