Flynn also was taking Russian Lobby money and Turkish Lobby money, undermining US policy. And this guy was supposed to be the national security advisor? Jesus Christ. On the other hand, you have the honorable general Miley, who was actually active in the military and part of the current Trump administration, doing what every military or security advisor has done for every administration - reaching out to adversaries to make sure there are no misunderstandings, and no fatal mistakes as a result. At the time, Donald Trump was in the middle of lying about an election and planning a coup to prevent the incoming administration from being seated. - he assured an adversary, a nuclear power with a large military, that the United States was not going to wag the dog and start anything to cause chaos. That’s a huge difference.
