I have what may seem like a stupid question but is there mountain biking in the winter months? I've mostly rode on road bikes in the past and we ride in the cold but so do mountain bikers so the same?

@@calrc123We try to avoid riding wet trails, to avoid damaging them. We ride wherever else we can. Cold is beautiful and snow is wonderful.

I think I met all stereotypes in one day of climbing at one point. Then I realized I am all those people. The only thing missing is the person who brings wooden ice tools and climbs up juggy routes over and over on top rope.
