Although you have all rights to stick to shelters dogs it is important to recognize that ethical breeders who breed with good intent and goals never have a single puppy in a shelter because they do contracts on dogs and will reclaim them if the contract is broken!

I think she was referring to the fact that these puppies may be a little cross bred due to the multitude of breeds and this not being a breed yet. I know how it sounds and it sounds bad but I think JMM had good intentions.

She’s looking at it through the eyes of the law as is her job. The law has strict rules about certification of breeds and breeding.

Why would u ever get a dog from the county jail? Who knows what kinda crimes it’s committed? Especially if the dog doesn’t look hungry. That means it’s been out in the wild choking out squirrels punking coyotes! Your bringing a murderer into your house!!! Ridiculous!

That’s a very low price for a dog and I’m sure that a prospective dog owner who isn’t in the market for a particular breed wouldn’t mind paying it. The entire breeding arrangement was irresponsible on so many levels but it’s wrong for the judge to say that that puppies that were born from this arrangement wouldn’t even be worth $100.

Narcissists will never stop doing those things. She blatantly lied to the judge, the judge even offers her a chance for an "out" by asking "are you saying you told her you breed her dog right away... You did not tell your girlfriend that the dog got out first." The judge read the response and when she asked the girlfriend, she told the truth and said she told her the dog got out originally. Judge Milan called her on it later and told her she is a liar. She could not even tell the truth on a simple matter after being sworn in under oath. The whole time she looked forward with her head crooked and puppy dog eyes, I wanted to smack her because that is what she has used to get out of things in the past. Either look and act stupid to frustrate people until they go away or make it seem like she cannot do anything wrong. She is a horrible person.

@@nancybez Exactly! I kinda get how some crossbreeds are more expensive. So got why she asked about breeds. Although even labradoodle's and pomchi's, and so on, are technically still muts, even though people pay a lot of money for them. But I've had dogs most of my adult life, and my rescues are so smart. And like you said, live longer and healthier lives!! And I've had breed dogs aswell from rescues. They were lovely, but sickly dogs. Most died very young. And the ones that didn't, had health issues most of their life.

That's a good question. Because of the fact that pets are viewed as property it might be something that you couldn't go after someone legally for if you witnessed it but it's obviously cruel and outrageous to even think about doing so the morality of it would definitely be not okay

That’s disgusting! I’ve never mated animals of any kind, but I’ve heard it takes several meetings with dogs before anything follows through. I’ve heard from other ppl that the female fights the male off and isn’t so welcoming of the idea. Now I don’t know if that’s true or not I just knew some ppl who mated dogs and said it can take several visits before conception actually happens. So to hear ppl are holding down another dog to force it is disgusting and inhumane!!
