The plaintiff is in court because he claims his neighbor, the defendant, had his car illegally towed out of vengeance while the plaintiff was on vacation. The plaintiff is suing for the tow and storage fees. The defendant says he had nothing to do with the tow and doesn’t know why he’s being targeted.

It would bother me at my last job that we "had" to speak spanish with the patients' that came in because they felt entitled. Granted I do speak spanish but was not a job requirement. It was more of a courtesy we're making it easier to help the person communicate. I would get a lot of people with that type of attitude that I had to speak their language not the other way around. Don't get me wrong, I am not embarrassed by being hispanic it's just the attitude that someone is not willing to try to learn a little bit after being here for 50 years
@justicierodelaliga

How about the fact that America doesn´t have an official language? If that happened to you in another country you have all the reason to file a lawsuit and for that bothered you. But it isn´t. Also, could there be a reason for the job that required you to know Spanish? Maybe it was in a place where there´s a vast majority that speak Spanish? Because, besides of the fact that there´s no main language in America there are also circumstances. For instance, while I dont agree with you, if you were to work in a place where everybody there just speak English, that there´s no major (if at all) Latino community or immigration then it wouldn´t have made sense for that requirement.
@justicierodelaliga
@justicierodelaliga 2 ай бұрын
@@mmwatson16 Let´s see... 1. America doesn´t have an official language. If it did, then, it would be required. 2. The same "rule" should apply to you if you were to travel to another country that doesn´t speak English (or Spanish since you know it). People in other countries where they do have their main language shouldn´t have to accommodate you. Either you speak their language or don´t you deal with it.

JM clearly is a woman, litigants stay calling her sir 😂...the defendant mos def called the tow company. The letters and phn call helped the plaintiff.

It's alot more common than ya think. I watch courtroom zoom and it's pretty typical for them to be called sir. That's why they don't make a big deal out of it. Now if ya call her mom on the other hand... 😅😂 They definitely are telling their families a litigant called them that with giggles.

She could've too the baby with her and called the parents to update them. She a damn liar and didn't give a damn about the baby. The parents should hire a nanny it would be the similar in price.

If the car was in a No Parking zone it was gonna get towed no matter who called/law enforcement found it.
