0:57 I am so right there with you, Martine! 1:13 And I am right there with you too Jay! A lot of people, when asked if they could only eat 1 food for the rest of their lives, what would it be? So many people choose pizza. Hell nah! SUSHI! OBVIOUSLY! It's got protein, carbs and if you get, like, a California roll, veggies. Not to mention seaweed being excellent for you! I have actually made sushi at home and it's not bad but my dipping sauce is delicious! Soy sauce, sesame oil, a L'IL bit of fish oil, finely chopped garlic and scallion greens. It took me a long time to find the right rice. It's got to be sticky but not too gummy. And I always get the freshest tuna I can find. It's gotta smell like the ocean but not smell like fish. If the tuna smells like fish, leave it where it is.
