Maybe sometimes reveal the winning dish, but not the punishment. They can decide if losing the winning dish is worth it, but if they taste they still get the unknown punishment. So many times people have won, and ended up disappointed.

you should do a try not to eat challenge but instead of having one dish as the winning dish, you get a portion of all the previous foods you didn't eat on a plate. The loosing dish would be the foods you ate put into a blender. Every food you ate is a sip you have to take

The “dumplings” in the Kung Fu Panda clip are actually called “bao”, which are essentially steamed (sometimes pan-fried) buns. The fillings within dumplings and bao will vary and can sometimes be the same, but the difference is in the exterior shell. Dumplings shells have a chewy texture similar to soft tortillas, but moist instead of dry. Bao, like the name implies, has a fluffy texture reminiscent of bread.
