Brilliant concept with asking the same questions. Shows sometimes true strength is staying to your philosophy with small attentions to detail and input from others that are relevant is a must to keep adapting to the times. Never get comfortable, never say you will change, yet always change small details but never the core fundamentals that still have high impact. Sad but true, perfectionism, obsession, and addiction is required to hit the high motivation levels of someone like Pep and say Elon Musk as an example. Two things that many of us try to kick out of our lives as it causes extreme stress and generally results in bad behaviours. Redirect, but many of the same ailments stay true. Ultimate success or pure bliss (that we don’t always understand we have achieved). Or are the two not exclusive pending on one’s personality traits. One thing I have come to realise both are needed to further us, to have the bar set.
